If you are looking for the perfect aperitif or something after dinner to sip and savour slowly, we will gladly pour you a glass either neat…..or on the rocks…..we recommend just one cube to open the flavours.

We have all enjoyed a glass of wine or a pint with our meals. However, our Chef Bryan Regan believes the subtle flavours of our single-malt whiskey can be paired beautifully with many of his dishes on our menu.
The deep red fruit, grape, and plum flavours from the aging in Spanish sherry casks makes a plate of cheese and/or Iberian chorizo a perfect companion or starter.
The robust flavours stand up well to a burger or steak for the main course…….
And, the honey and dark chocolate finish make it perfect with something sweet to end your meal….or in your Irish coffee!
